Tom Taylor - Chairman/Director|
Tom is the Chief Executive Officer of HAVA in charge of all activities and with full authority to commit the organization within Board of Director oversight guidelines. He is a shooting sports industry leader and enthusiast, and has executive experience with several consumer products companies including Smith & Wesson. In addition to his leadership of HAVA, Tom is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mossberg.
Allan Bender - Secretary/Treasurer/Director|
Al functions as HAVA's Business Director responsible to the Chairman and the Board of Directors for the orderly organization and execution of HAVA affairs, web site, publicity, communications, fund-raising, finance and legal affairs. He is a consumer products marketing veteran who works with sports industry associations and companies as a marketing and business consultant.
Pat Mundy - Director|
Pat is a shooting sports industry veteran who oversees HAVA's quality assurance program and participates in many sanctioned activities to assure compliance. Pat is a shooting sports enthusiast, and is employed as Marketing Communications Supervisor for Leupold & Stevens Inc.
Jan Mladek - Director|
Two decades of sports industry experience in marketing and business development makes Jan an ideal contributor to HAVA's development and outreach programs. A communications pro and shooting sports enthusiast, he is an industry leader serving as Smith & Wesson's Director Of Marketing
Steve Nessl - Director|
More than a decade of leadership in the outdoors industry establishes Steve as an asset in fostering HAVA’s outreach, as well as in identifying and developing opportunities to further HAVA's mission of service. He is an avid outdoorsman and handles marketing communications for Yamaha ATV and Side-by-Side vehicles.
Stephanie Pastusek - Director|
Stephanie oversees our HAVA Family Day youth airsoft shooting and kids zone while providing marketing and social media support to the organization. An enthusiastic promoter of shooting safety, training and education, Stephanie is also the Marketing Director for XS Sight Systems.
Chris Dolnack - Director|
Chris Dolnack has held a variety of sales and marketing positions over a 30-year career in the outdoor recreation industry including iconic brands such as Colt, Smith & Wesson, Fenwick, Woodstream and Berkley. As Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer for the National Shooting Sports Foundation Chris leads marketing and sales operations, branding, marketing communications, social media, member services and the industry's largest trade show, the Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade (SHOT) Show.
Chris is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, International Association of Exhibitions and Events and is a Benefactor Life Member of the National Rifle Association. He serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance and has been named among the Top 100 CMO’s on Twitter by both Social Media Marketing Magazine and CEO World.
